Efficient Engineering was established in 1984. It has evolved over the years from creating various industrial products to becoming an expert in manufacturing specialized plastic components especially for the cosmetic packaging industry as well as for the transportation and electronics industries.
At Efficient Engineering we have one dedicated production facility that houses all our operations in Virar, MH and our corporate office is in Andheri, Mumbai. We are national leaders in producing high quality cosmetic packaging products.
Efficient Engineering came into existence
Starts work in heavy machinery switches
First manufacturing area is set up in Mumbai. Starts work in automobile and textile industry parts
Starts work as an OEM supplier to Hindustan Unilever Ltd, ABB, Schalfhorst, Shaily etc.
First dedicated manufacturing space of 900 sq. ft. is bought in Vasai, MH
Starts R&D support work for Unilever, UK
Dedicated Unilever Project Management office is started
Second dedicated manufacturing space of 3000 sq. ft. is bought in Virar, MH
Efficient Engineering consolidates into a 20,000+ sq. ft production facility in Virar, MH
Our factory uses renewable water resources by rainwater harvesting, using a bore well and we source all our labor locally. We work hard to ensure access to healthcare, equal opportunity employment and an extremely safe and collaborative work environment.
We are investing considerably in updating our production facilities with Automation, Robotics, and centralized documentation systems. We have also started our own range of cosmetic packaging products that we sell to brands as stock options.
